Auckland.— loth or 12th ultimo, from the shop of JOHN THOMAS DROUGHT, grocer, Shortland Street, 1 box yellow Three Castles cigarettes, 1 box Old Judge cigarettes, 3 lb. of Welcome Nugget stick-tobacco, 31b. of Havelock stick-tobacco, 5 lb. of Derby stick-tobacco, 6 packets of Melrose cigarettetobacco, 6 packets Old Judge cigarette-tobacco, 1} lb. of long-cut cigarette-tobacco, and 1 lb. of odd stick-tobacco, and half a box of A. Identifiable.

Dunedin. —Bth ultimo, from the shop of JOHN SOURNESS, jeweller, two sovereigns, 17s. 6d. in silver, a ladies’ silver hunting-watch, “ S. for S. ” scratched on inside of case near the hinge; value, £2. Breaking and entering by window.
