Papakura. Archibald Douglas, false pretences on William Gibson Rae, has been arrested by Constable H. H. Hancox, Gisborne police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 145.)
Gisborne. — Victor Anderson, forgery, has been arrested by Constable W. J. Butler, Norsewood police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1904, page 307.)
Patea.— Wilthelm Gregory Sass, default of maintenance, has been arrested by Constable Kirby, Levin police, and lodged in New Plymouth Gaol. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 447.)
Wanganui. — Arthur Holtham, default of maintenance, has been found. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 439.)
Feilding. — John Sullivan, default of fine, has paid the amount due to Constable H. Henderson, Feilding police. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 363.) Offender’s correct name is James O’Sullivan.
Wellington.-— Alfred Ernest Smith, disobeying order of Court, has been arrested by Constable O’Hara, and lodged in Gisborne Gaol. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 28.)
Christchurch. Frank Newton, assault, has been arrested by Constables M. Cox and G. Pearce, Petone police. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 229.)
Temuka. James McQuinn, alias McGuinn, disobeying order of Court, has been arrested by Constable Shepherd, Methven police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 416.)
Dunedin. John Kerr, default of maintenance, has been arrested by Constable Dale, Alexandra police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 439.)
Dunedin.— Elizabeth Roy, default of fine, has paid the amount due. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 448.)
Dunedin. — Arthur Forrest, default of fine, has been arrested by Constable Osborn, Dunedin police. Fine paid. (See Police Gazette, 1904, page 104.)
Invercargill. — Herbert D. Ellerby, theft from W. Todd and Co., has been arrested by Constable W. J. Quinn, Gore police, on information supplied by Acting-Detective Connolly, Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette , 1905, page 374.)
Redfern (Sydney). Joseph Hadwin, wife-deser-tion, is employed at Hannah’s boot-factory, Wellington, and refuses to contribute towards the support of bis wife. (See Police Gazette , 1905, page 417.)
Newcastle.— Frank Gerald Bailey, alias Brooks, uttering valueless cheques, has been arrested at Christchurch on charges of false pretences, and remanded to Gisborne. (See Police Gazette , 1905, page 232.)
