Cape Town.- E. S. Ansell is charged on warrant with theft of three sing e-stone diamond ring;, value £375. Description : Age thirty-five (looks younger), height 5 ft. 9 in. or 10 in., a commercial traveller, sallow complexion, dark hair, short dark moustache, round face, stout build, native of England ; dressed in straw bat with black band and darkgrey suit.
