Auckland. — William McDowell, disobeying an order of Court, has been arrested by Constable L. D. Molvor, Auckland police, and sentenced to six months. Warrant suspended so long as he pays £1 7s. 6d. a week into Court. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 115.)
Auckland.— Thomas Gowland, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by Constable R. P. Boag, Newton police: fine and costs paid. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 125.)
Auckland. Charles Henry Bromley, deserting H.M.S. “ Phoebe,” has surrendered himself to Sergeant A. Cruickshank, Dannevirke police. (See Police Gazette, 1904, page 373.)
Whangarei.— Samuel Marsden or Marson, inquired for with the view of compelling him to maintain his daughter, has been served with a summons by Constable T. Whelan, Paeroa police. (See Police Gazette, 1903, page 287.)
Wanganui. —William Rickelben, alias Rinkelben, wife-desertion, has been arrested by Constable C. A. Clarke, Hawera police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 35.)
Wellington.— Timothy Twoomey, assault, has been arrested by Detective J. Fahey, Auckland police, on information supplied by Detective J. Cassells, Wellington police. Fine paid. (See Police Gazette, 1904, page 250.)
Seddonville. Thomas Davidson has been served with the notice of fines by Constable J. Tanner, Seddonville police. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 105.)
Christchurch. Herbert Allendale, alias Williams, alias Morrison, breaking and entering the Rail-way-station offices, Amberley, has been arrested by Constables J. Gillespie and J. Fraser, Temuka police. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 134.)
Christchurch.— Archibald Malcolm McDuff, failing to make provision for his unborn illegitimate child, has ben arrested by Constable T. Keenan, Gisborne police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 126.)
Christchurch. William Hyndman, inquired for with a view of compelling him to support his mother, has been served with a summons by Constable A. Hammond, Featherston police. (Sse Police Gazetie, 1904, page 343.)
Coalgate. — Kate Sellars or Kitty Ford, missing friend, has been found by Constable W. Poole, Southbridge police. (See Police Gazette, 1904, page 323.)
Dunedin. — Charles East, inquired for with a view of compelling him to maintain his children, has been served with a summons at Dunedin. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 45.)
Dunedin. William Knox, disobeying maintenance order, has been arrested by Detectives T. W. B. Boddam and J. J. Cassells, Wellington police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette , 1905, page 126.)
Invercargill. — Patrick Glynn, wife-desertion : warrant cancelled, offender having died in Riverton Hospital. (See Police Gazette, 1902, page 209.)
Invercargill. — Robert McPherson, failing to provide for the future maintenance of his unborn illegitimate child, has been arrested by Constable J. Riordan, Taradale police, on information supplied by Sergeant T. King and Constable H. C. Carmody, Oamaru and Hastings police. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 90.)
Melbourne. — J. W. St. Clair, inquired for, is now residing with his wife at No. 3, Tory Place, Wellington. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 99.)
