PROPERTY STOLEN.

Auckland. — 18th ultimo, from His Majesty’s Theatre, the property of ELSIE BLACK, actress, a 9-carat gold curb-pattern bangle with large padlock attached; value, £3 10s. Identifiable.

Surrey Hills.- 16th or 17th instant, from a shed, the property of ALEXANDER WINKS, carpenter, Parnell, a rip-saw, “Winks” engraved on blade, a cross-cut saw, “ III.” cut in blade ; value, 16s. Identifiable.

Eden Terrace (Auckland). —13th or 14th instant, from th» shop of PHILIP BLAMPIED, two pairs of gentlemen’s black glazed kid lace-up boots, sizes 7 and 8, one of the pair branded “Flexile” and No. 4490 on the soles, a pair of gentlemen’s black-satin calf lace-up boots, size 7, branded “ P. Blampied, Auckland,” on inside, near the top, a pair of gentlemen’s black box-calf lace-up boots, size 7 or 8, a pair of gentlemen’s black chrome lace-up boots, size 8, and one left foot black glazed kid boot, size 8; total value, £4. Identifiable.

Waihi. — 6th instant, from the dwelling of JOHN LYNCH, labourer, Co-operative Railway-works, a gentlemen’s nickel watch, Alberg special Swiss make, a silver chain with small links, small compass attached, a rolled-gold chain, a goldmounted petrified-wood pendant, a small Collins’s dictionary, three £1 notes, 10s. in silver, and a small leather purse ; total value, £4 12s. Identifiable except money.

Raglan. —4th instant, from the Royal Hotel, the property of MRS. E. WALLACE, a ladies’ gold ring, with a diamond in plain claw-setting, “Beck” engraved on inside of ring; value. £l6; a ladies’ 18-carat gold ring set with an oval sapphire in claw crown setting (maker, Reid Bros., Karangabape Road, Auckland) ; value, £B. Identifiable. A reward of £5 will be paid for information causing the conviction of offender. (See Police Gazette, 1904, page 268.)

Napier. —l2th instant, from the Excelsior Dairy Companv’s engine-room, the property of HARRY CAMPBELL STOCK, a silver lever hunting-watch, a 9-carat gold chain, short links, heavy appearance, hollow links, a brass and a gold catch at the end ; value, £7. - Identifiable.

Hastings. —July last, from a paddock at Pakowai, the property of WONG LEE, a half-draught dark - chestnut gelding, three years old, white blaze down the face, forked at nostrils, off hind foot and near fore foot white, brand resembling an anchor on one shoulder ; value, £25. Identifiable.

Upper Hutt. ville Railway-station, the property of ERNEST BURREL, farmer, a sac suit, made of West of England tweed, has a small red stripe running through it, plain bone buttons on trousers, dark-brown buttons on coat and vest, coat has four pockets on outside and one inside ; value, £5. Identifiable.

Mount Cook. THOMAS SINCLAIR, No. 51, Kent Terrace, a silver hunting keyless watch, No. 510217 ; value, £2 10s. Identifiable. Suspicion attached to Michael Angelo Monteagresti, age thirty-two, height 5 ft. 7 in., labourer, native of Australia, stout, rather corpulent build, fresh complexion, brown hair, large nose, full lips, husky style of speaking.

Blenheim. — 13th instant, from WALTER CROOKE, labourer, a gentlemen’s silver Geneva-lever hunting-watch, No. £§ ; a metal chain with large links attached : value, £2 10s. Identifiable.

Greymouth.— 3rd instant, from the Royal Hotel, the property of HARRY POLE PULLEINE, clerk, a gentlemen’s Torpedo free-wheel bicycle, No. 957, rim brake, B.S.A. parts ; value, £ls. Identifiable.

Brunnerton. — 15th instant, from the dwelling of MARGARET MUNGASTER, a gentlemen’s 15 carat gold double albert chain, long links with small connecting ones, stamped 15 carat; value, £7 7s. Identifiable.

Kumara. —loth instant, from the bedroom of ADRIAN ROBINSON, miner, Cosmopolitan Hotel, a silver lever hunting-watch, dent in case, No. 9499, maker H. Kaitton; value, £5. Identifiable.

Christchurch. —18th or 19th instant, from the stable of ALFRED TYREE, merchant, Fendalton, a brown mare, nine years old, 15 hands high, both bind fetlocks white, star on forehead ; value, £3l. Identifiable.

Dunedin. —loth instant, from the bedroom of JOHN CRANE, licensee Douglas Hotel, a £lO note, torn at one corner, three £5 notes, thirteen £1 notes, £2 in gold, and a cheque for £2 drawn in favour of John Sheehy.

Dunedin. —Bth July last, from the s.s. “ Zealandia,” at Wellington, the property of WILLIAM McGILL, stockagent, Parkside, a nearly new dark-grey tweed overcoat, full size, “ Mutual Stores, Dunedin,” on tab ; value, £2 17s. Identifiable,

Dunedin. —Between 9th and 11th ultimo, from the dwelling of ALEXANDER G. BEGG, Roslyn, a ladies’ very old silver hunting-watch, mainspring broken, a ladies’ open-faced gun-metal watch, silver elephant, and silver boot trinkets, a silver Jubilee medal, and eighteen Continental coins, a gold pencil-case about sin. long, seal on top, “Presented to A.
