From H.M.S “ Penguin,” at Wellington. On 25th May, 1903. Philip C. R. Flooks, A. 8., a native of England, twentyfour years of age, 5 ft. 8 in. high, black hair, brown eyes, dark complexion; sail and bracelet on left arm, cross on right arm, mole on left cheek. A reward of £3 will be paid for his apprehension.
