Macquarie District. — James White is charged on warrant, issued on the 17th instant by G. W. P. Creed, Esq., J.P., for that he, on the 25th September, 1901, at Zeehan, then being the bailee of about 4 dwt. of gold, value 165., did fraudulently convert the same to his own use. Description : About twenty-eight years of age, 5 ft. 6iD. high, fair complexion, large fair moustache only, jeweller by trade. Probably will try to leave Hobart for New Zealand.
