Perth. —A warrant has been issued by the Perth Bench for the arrest of Richard Harding, charged with obtaining two promissory notes of the value of £SO each, by false pretences, from Ernest William Carter, at Northam, on the 22nd October, 1900. He is forty years of age, 5 ft. 10 in. high, medium to slight build, black hair, pointed beard, dark eyes, sharp visage, dark complexion, bald, and speaks very slowly, gentlemanly appearance ; wears serge suit; a pro-duce-dealer. Arrest desired in any of the Australian Colonies or New Zealand.—o.loß. 12th January, 1901.
