HIS Excellency the Governor, by bis Deputy, has been pleased to appoint Constable Richard William Shepherd to be Clerk of the Magistrate’s Court at Rurow from the 20th October, 1899, vice Constable D. Bradshaw, resigned; and Constable Patrick Denis O’Connell to be Clerk of the Magistrate’s Court, and Clerk of the Licensing Committee for the District of Ellesmere, from the 30th October, 1899, vice Constable P.
