Collans is charged ariwar/ptjt of comnmment to Dunedin Gaol for seven days’ labo/tyfor from the above vessel smcfe Description : English, a stulor/ bhjm fdjWMeaSfs of/bge, 5 ft. 8 in. high, dark hair and very heavy moustache (wiry and|«iraight),/f irty-loukmg visage ; dressed in a blue-serge suit, and small dark cap. Warrant specially addressed to Constable W. E. HilLxDunedin police. (See Police Gazette , 1898, page 148.) Peter Emil Christian Madsen, absentee from the Danish barque “ Ebba,” has been arrested by Constable J. Cooney, and discharged.
