Dunedin. —On the 9th ultimo an unoccupied building at Leith Valley, the property of Robert Rossbotham, and known as the Waterfalls Refreshment-rooms, was destroyed by fire ; and at an inquest held on the 26tli ultimo a verdict was returned to the effect that the place was wilfully set on fire by some person or persons unknown. The value placed on it by the owner was £IOO. No insurance.
