Mersey District. Superintendent of Police as to the whereabouts of Clement Southeran, a carpenter, aged twenty-four or twenty-five years, height about 6 ft., fair complexion, inclined to be roundshouldered. About two months ago is said to have been working at a saw-mill near Auckland, New Zealand. Inquiry is made with a view of compelling him to support his wife and child, who are in destitute circumstances.
