Maitland. — A warrant has been issued by the West Maitland Bench for the arrest of Charles Frederick Madden, charged with child-desertion. He is about twenty-two years of age, sft. Bin. or 9in. high, medium build, square shoulders, fair hair and complexion, slight ginger moustache, otherwise clean-shaved, blue-grey eyes. Said to be in the employ of an hotelkeeper in Wellington, New Zealand. Complainant, Ada Fanny Beavis, Sempil Street, West Maitland.
