Deserting Wives and Families, &c.

Christchurch. —Anthony Kennedy, alias John Kennedy, is charged on warrant to apprehend with deserting his five children since the 15th July, 1892. Description: Irish, a carpenter, forty years of age, sft. lOin. high, medium build, fair complexion, blue eyes, light-brown hair beard whiskers and moustache. (See Police Gazette, 1892, pages 139, 147, and! 189.) Last heard of in February, 1893, when he was discharged from Wellington Gaol, after serving three months’ imprisonment. Complainant: Lily Kennedy, Colombo Boad, St. Albans, Christchurch.
