Devonport (Auckland). —Mary Wilson, Wade, reports stolen from an outhouse, on the 25th or 26th ultimo, about 2cwt. scraped kauri-gum; value, £6.

Tenui. —Elder and Co., Langdale, report stolen from off a fence in the Mongapakaha Road, on the 17th or 18th ultimo, twenty-six sheepskins ; value, £2 12s.

Johnsonville (Wellington). —Joseph Chapman reports that on the 28th or 29th ultimo his factory was broken into, and about fifteen pairs of men’s and boys’ lace-up boots, value 7s. per pair; and a stationery-box, value 7s. 6d., stolen. Box since found on the road.

Dunedin. —Mrs. Mary Ann Taylor, Queen Street, reports stolen from a clothes-line, on the Ist or 2nd instant, three men’s white shirts, three table-covers with fringed edges, four bed-sheets, two table-cloths, a dinner-napkin marked “M. A. Tajdor,” a tea-cloth, two linen pillow-cases, four linen bath-towels, four brown stripes down centre ; four pairs of children’s drawers—three with lace, one with tucks ; a child’s chemise; and throeflozen pocket-handkerchiefs—some marked T, others PT and BT; value, £4 2s.
