Constable Buchanan Scott to be Clerk of the Resident Magistrate’s Court at Brunnerton, from the Ist May instant, vice Constable Kenny. W. P. REEVES.
Police Gaoler appointed.
Department of Justice (Prisons Branch), Wellington, 6th May, 1892. HIS Excellency the Administrator of the Government has been pleased to appoint Constable William James Simpson to be Police Gaoler at Herbertsville, vice Constable H. H. Carr, transferred. W. P. REEVES.
Rules of the Nelson Acclimatisation Society registered
Colonial Secretary’s Office, Wellington, 6th May, 1892. IT is hereby notified that a copy of the rules of the Nelson Acclimatisation Society, duly signed, have been deposited in this office; and the said society is therefore deemed to be a duly-registered acclimatisation society under “ The Animals Protection Act, 1880.”
