Deserters from Merchant Vessels.
(See Police Gazette, 1887, page 13.) Bonohjin Francisco, charged on warrant with deserting from the ship “ William Phillips,” at Dunedin, has been arrested by Constable Henry Porter, Port Chalmers Police, and discharged.
