Horse- and Cattle-Stealing.
Supposed stolen on the 9th or 10th December last, from a paddock at Heddon Bush Plain, Southland District, a grey gelding, sides and legs steel-grey colour, draught breed, 15 hands high, mark of traces on both sides, mane lies on both sides of neck, fore shoes only, unbranded; the property of Timothy Regan ; value £ls. Identifiable.

The bay gelding and the bay mare, the property of Frederick Perrin, supposed stolen from a paddock at Norbiton Road, Foxton, have been recovered.

The mare, the property of Cornelius Cordy, supposed stolen from a paddock at Woodbury, Geraldine, has been recovered.
Supposed stolen on the 21st or 22nd ultimo, from a paddock at Wanganui, a light-draught bay mare, about 15 hands high, eight years old, white face, three of feet white, branded HRK on off shoulder; the property of John Derungs ; value £lO. Identifiable.
