James Sheedy is charged on warrant with false pretences on Colin C. McCulloch, squatter, Colac, on the 27tli ultimo. Description: Native of Colac, Victoria, 5 feet 6 inches high, fair complexion, fair hair cut short, sandy moustache, small side whiskers, chin shaved, downcast look, medium build ; wore dark soft felt hat, dark paget-coat, grey trousers, and lace-up boots. Offender obtained fifty-two fine cross-bred sheepskins from the complainant. Believed to have left by steamer from Melbourne to New, Zealand on the 2nd instant. —0. 5210, 4th September, 1885.
