Missing Friends.

Information is requested respecting John McKenzie, a native of Scotland, a labourer, between fifty and sixty years of age, 5 feet 8 inches high, slight build, pale complexion, blue eyes, thin reddish beard whiskers and moustache turning grey, bald on top of head, one of hands sore and a piece of white cloth tied round it; wore black-cloth coat, wliitemoleskin trousers, and tweed hat with peaks. He left Kauroo Hill Station, near Oamaru, on the 18th ultimo, and was next seen at Windsor, on his way to Ngapara, but has not since been heard of. As he was in delicate health fears for his safety are entertained.

Information is requested respecting Martha Porter, a native of England, about forty-three years of age, medium height, fair complexion, dark eyes. She left Blackwall on the 10th May, 1875, with her husband, Thomas Stevens, and their two children, Elizabeth and Anne, bom respectively in 1870 and 1875. Stevens died in 1876, and she married John Porter, supposed to be a groom, in May, 1877 or 1878. She lived in the Waikato District up to 1881, when she went to Napier, where she was last heard of. She and her children are inquired for at the instance of Joseph Stevens, through the Rev. S. 0. Skeels, Abthorpe Vicarage, Lowcestcr, England.
