Extracts from Victoria Police Gazette.

(From Police Gazette, 1882, pages 279, 291, 293, and 294.) Domenico Borserini is inquired for by the Italian Consul, Melbourne. In 1873 the missing man was working in the Maryborough District, either as a miner or splitter, when he left for Melbourne. He afterwards went to New Zealand ; but inquiries for him there have failed to find him, and it is supposed he has left that colony. —O. 6377. —10th October, 1882. —Domenico Borserini (see also Extracts from New Zealand Police Gazette, page 166.—Supposed Murder). The remains of the man found in the shaft at Westland, New Zealand, may be those of the missing man inquired for.— O. 6377. —21st October, 1882.
