Brisbane. —A warrant has been issued by the Brisbane (Queensland) Bench for the arrest of William Gordon, alias Miller, charged with fraudulent insolvency. He is about thirty-five years of age, 5 feet 8 inches high, dark complexion, blue eyes, nose appears to have been broken. Supposed to have gone to New Zealand. A warrant has been issued fer Janet Gordon, wife of the above, charged with receiving about £7OO belonging to her husband’s insolvent estate, with intent to defraud the creditors. She is about twenty-three years of age, 5 feet high, slight build, dark-brown hair and eyes, small face, much sun-burnt, walks with a quick step; a native of Queensland. —C.B. 3-1573.
