IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENT IN SHEEP BLOWFLY CONTROL We are pleased to be able to offer sheep owners in the fly districts of the Dominion a modern, new remedy for the control of fly strike. This is COOPER’S BLOWFLY SPRAY, which combines the two most effective insecticides yet discovered for the purposeD.D.T. and “Gammexane” gamma BHC. COOPER’S BLOWFLY SPRAY is at present in semi-paste form in 101 b. drums, but is becoming available as a powder in 21b. packets, making 20 gallons of spray. The 101 b. drum makes 100 gallons of spray, which is sufficient to treat upwards of 400 sheep and provide AT LEAST five weeks’ protection against strike. Ewes and lambs may be sprayed at any time when trouble from strike is expected.
