HEMP AND TOW GRADING RETURNS.
■ • • -' _ ' • ■ JUNE. - .. y J ; Hemp.- —The total number of bales graded was 14,584, ias compared with 6,092 for the corresponding month of last year, an increase of 8,492 bales. For the twelve months ending 30th June, 1913, the number of bales graded was 145,661, as compared'with 91,356 for the previous twelve, months, the inCrease\being 54,305. Tow. During the month 5,144 bales were dealt with, ms compared with 1,594 for-the corresponding month of last year, an increase of 3,550 bales. For the twelve months, ending 30th June, 1913, the number. of .bales graded was. 50,553, as compared with 25,080 for the previous twelve months, the increase being 25,473 bales. i ‘
