PENALTIES. Flat Races. —In any handicap race (except the Manawatu Cup Handicap) the winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights shall cany a penalty of 101 b., and of every additional race a further penalty of 61b. extra. Horses handicapped at 8.10 and over to carry only half the above penalties. Hurdle Races. —The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights shall carry a penalty of 101 b., 'and for every additional race 71b. extra. Owners are responsible for all penalties and allowances. NOMINATIONS, WEIGHTS, AND ACCEPTANCES. NOMINATIONS for all events and FIRST FORFEIT for the 15th Palmerston North Stakes will close with the Secretary, at the Office of the Manawatu Racing Club, Palmerston North, on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 26, 192 ff, at 9 p.m. WEIGHTS for the First Day’s Races will be declared on or about FRIDAY, DECEMBER 10, 1920. ACCEPTANCES for the First Day’s Races and FINAL PAYMENT for the 15th Palmerston North Stakes will close with the Secretary, at the Office of the Manawatu Racing Club, Palmerston North, on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 14, 1920, at 9 p.m. WEIGHTS for the Second Day’s Races will be declared on MONDAY, DECEMBER 27, 1920, about 7.30 p.m. ACCEPTANCES for the Second Day’s Races will close with the Secretary, at the Office of the Manawatu Racing Club, Palmerston North, on MONDAY, DECEMBER 27, 1920, at 8.30 p.m. WEIGHTS for the Third Day’s Races will be declared on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 29, 1920 (Morning Papers).
