CLARENCEUX as a three-year-old ran 19 times, winning four races value £1133, and was placed in nine other races. As a four-year-old he won the Derby Cup, and was second to Origo in the Queen's Prize, and was also second to Kilbioney in the Summer Plandicap. As a five-year-old he was second to Rathlea in the Chester Cup. CLARENCEUX will stand this season at Greenlands, Winter’s Road Papanui, where he will serve a limited number of approved mares at a fee of 30 guineas.
