Miss Frediswyde Hunter - Watts, who takes so charmingly the role of Winnie Clugston in “The Rotters,” created the part in the original production at Home with the author, H. F. Maltby.
Romance and Constance Talmadge go hand in hand, and in her latest Select picture, “The Veiled Adventure,” the romance is hustled along by that simple article of ladies’ wearing apparel that covers a multitude of deficiencies or charms, a grey chiffon veil. The fact that it is discovered in the pocket of a young man in whose pocket it “didn’t oughter” be only adds more pep to the story.
