Rutherford £290, C. Hazlett £260, G. B. Starky £230, Ruthven and White £2lO, T. Toomey £2lO, E. Russell £l6O, G. L. Rutherford £l5O, A. Murdoch £l4O, P. Delargy £l4O, H. A. Knight £l4O, O. R. Wise £l4O. Chaeronia made her first appearance in her new owner’s (Mr. G. Fulton) colours in the Warrington Handicap on the concluding day of the Dunedin Jockey Club’s autumn meeting. She was ridden by S. Walls, and was made a warm favourite, but failed to show a glimpse of the form displayed in her previous effort on the concluding day of the Wellington Racing Club’s summer meeting, when she led her field home in the Wallaceyille Welter Handicap.
