Epicures who can discern the nutritious value of a succulent grill can have their tastes catered for at the Commercial Grill Rooms, High Street, Auckland, which were opened on Monday last (December 8). The proprietors, knowing the need for a really high-class grill room where commercial men and parties can gather, have decided to give to the public the very best that it is possible to obtain in the matter of grills, etc-. The Grill Room is tastefully furnished and accommodation for 100 guests is provided. The table appointments are very fine, and the room looks very inviting with its tasteful display of linen and excellent cutlery. The culinary department is in the hands of an experienced chef, who thoroughly understands the art of grills, an accomplishment that requires a deal of experience. The Commercial Grill Rooms, are making a specialty of theatre suppers. Patrons who contemplate supper parties should interview the proprietors previously, thus giving ample time for the preparation of any particular class of menu they desire. This will meet a long-felt want among theatregoers, and as the Commercial Grill Rooms are centrally situated in High Street, visitors will experience no difficulty in locating the premises. Grills, etc., are served at all hours of the day, and while genuine grills are made a specialty of there will always be a varied and well-chosen bill-of-fare for patrons to choose from.
