Wellington, 23rd October, 1919 c By Order in Council, made and issued by His Excellency the Gov-ernor-General in Council on the 6th day. of October, ■ 1919, under the authority of the above Act, it’ was determined that the duty by way of land tax leviable under, the said Act should be paid in one. sum on Friday, the 7th day of- November, 1919, at the office of the" Commissioner of Taxes, Government Buildings, Wellington; and, in accordance with such . Order in Council, I hereby give notice that the said duty will be payable accordingly.’ Add :z onal tax will accrue if the tax is not paid on or before 28th November, 1919; The liability to pay is not suspended by any objection. The tax should be paid on or before the prescribed date, otherwise the additional percentage accrues: and overpayment will be adiusted by refund; The demands will be 1 posted from the office of _t.be Commissioner of Taxes .on ,dr ab'outOctober, 1919.
