WOODVILLE JOCKEY CLUB.

AUTUMN MEETING. The Woodville Jockey Club opened their autumn meeting on Wednesday in fine though dull weather, a large crowd being in evidence. Some interesting racing was witnessed, the principal event, the Woodville Handicap, being won by Rewi Poto, who scored a comfortable victory from Tangihou, with Rose Pink third.
