ANNUAL MEETING. The Northern Wairoa Racing Club’s annual meeting was held on Saturday in fine weather, the results being as follows:— FINLAYSON HANDICAP, one mile. —W. Alison’s Rome, 8.1, 1; Battletide, 9.9, 2; ArdTuen, 9.1, 3. Won by a neck. MAIDEN HANDICAP, six furlongs.— M. A. Joyce’s Auldana, 9.6, 1; Potaerau, 9.3, 2; Tango, 9.1, 3. Won by a length HACK CUP HANDICAP, one mile and a-quarter.—D. Blaigraity’s Penona, 7.0, 1; Debutante, 8.5, 2; Battletide, 9.3, 3. Won by a length. SETTLERS’ HANDICAP, five furlongs.—H. Kimber’s Winning Lass, 8.10, 1; Purewa, 9.3, 2; Koura, 9.6, 3. Won by a length and a-half. RAILWAY HANDICAP, six furlongs.—S. G. Lindsay’s Debutante, 8.12, 1; Araluen, 9.4, 2; Auldana, 8.8, 3. AWAKING STAKES, five furlongs.— H. Kimber’s Winning Lass, 7.9, 1; Battletide, 10.0, 2; Auldana, 8.10, 3. Won by two lengths. GRANDSTAND HANDICAP, seven furlongs.—D. Blaigraity’s Penona, 7.11,
