A pleasing war ceremony recently took place at the Palace when the King and Queen inspected the Elsie Inglis unit of the Scottish Womens Hospitals organisation before the departure of the unit to rejoin the Serbian Division. These loyal workers in the cause of the Allies are shown marching out of the Palace, headed by the Commanding Officer, Dr. Annette Benson.
