Flat Races. —In any handicap race (except the Marton Cup Handicap), the winner of any flat race after declaration of weights shall carry a penalty of 101 b, and of every additional race a further penalty of 61b extra. No penalty will be required in an open race for having won a hack or hack races. Hurdle Races. —The winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights shall carry a penalty of 101 b, and for every additional race 71b extra. RULES.
