4. Owners, trainers and others are notified that entries and acceptances must be accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. 5. When nominating, the name and address of the trainer must be given, also the name or assumed name of the owner, with his address. 6. All colours must be registered or a fine of £1 will be imposed. 7. Any owner running a horse in colours other than those named at time of entry will be fined. , 8. All persons intending to - withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of Scales one half hour before the time appointed for starting the race. 9. Prior to any race the Stewards may order a parade in front of the lawn. 10.
