WILLIAMS’ RED LOTION.
AN INVALUABLE REMEDY
Horse owners, particularly those of our readers who are interested in the welfare of racing stock, will be interested to know there has just been placed upon the market a valuable and effective remedy for sprains, cuts, sore shoulders, cracked heels, etc., incidental to horses and cattle. This article to which we refer is Williams’ Red Lotion. Although only recently known throughout the Dominion, it is fro ma well-known recipe used by the cavalry and horse artillery in the British Army. The proprietors of Williams’ Red Lotion are very sanguine as to its results, and' instances have come under our notice of the valuable results obtained through the use of the Red Lotion. Owners of racehorses know how necessary it is that sprains and cuts should be treated immediately and effectively, and the proprietors claim that the ingredients used in the composition of the lotion are of the very best, and suitable not only in regard to horses and cattle, but to domestic animals. A case has recently been demonstrated where the effects of this lotion have been successful in the treatment of eczema upon a resident of this city, and there is no doubt that an article which possesses such healing qualities ought to be able to compete with the imported lotions, as this is a Dominion product, and for patriotic reasons should appeal strongly to our readers. The application of Williams’ Red Lotion is simple and inexpensive, and the proprietors claim that for wounds and running sores it has no equal as a healing remedy. Horse owners and trainers will be interested to read the notice referring to this which appears in our advertising columns. Messrs. J. Wiseman and Sons, Ltd., are the sole New Zealand agents, the price of the lotion being two shillings per bottle.
