HANDICAPS for all events declared on EASTER MONDAY. April 5, 1915. ACCEPTANCES for all events close at the Post Office Hotel, Hokitika, at 9 p.m. on EASTER TUESDAY. April 6. 1915. The Committee reserve the right to alter the date or time for Handicaps or Acceptances as they may think fit. 1. All stakes paid .in .full, settling night, Wednesday, April 14, 1915. 2 No entry will be received unless upon the distinct understanding that the decision of the Stewards shall be final, and all law proceedings barred. 3. All horses must be at the post within fifteen minutes after ringing the bell for starting. 4 The trotting events will be run under the Rules of the New Zealand Trotting Association. Every trotting entry shall state the name or assumed name of the owner, and the name, the age, and the description of the horse. The decision of the Stewards with respect to trotting events is subject to appeal (see Constitution and Rules of Trotting). 5. By entering a horse, the nominator and every person having an interest in such horse shall be deemed to accept all the conditions and restrictions imposed or implied by these ..Rules, and to be debarred from questioning any action or conduct of any official of a Trotting or Racing Club in respect of such horse, or of any person connected therewith, otherwise than is provided for by Rules of Trotting. 6. The names of the trainer and owner or owners must be included in all acceptance forms when trotting acceptances are sent in, in default of which the owner or trainer may be fined a sum not exceeding ’£s or disqualified. 7. The placed horses of any event after declaration of handicaps may be re-handicapped.
