RANGITIKEI RACING CLUB.
The old-established Rangitikei Racing Club is out with a programme of sixteen events for the March meeting, to take place on the 24th and 25th of that month. The Rangitikei Cup is run over a mile and a-quarter and is worth 200sovs. At one time the distance extended to two miles and ahalf, but the now more popular one of the shorter distance has been decided upon. The programme is a varied one, with open and hack events, and has open and hack welters and hurdle races, and should draw good nominations.
