SUCHARD'S NUT MILK CHOCOLATE.
The motive which promptest the very necessary Pure Foods Acc was to prevent tne public from purchasing articles of diet wmch were m many cases highly adulterated, but this Act never aifectea the enormous import of Suchards chocolates and cocoa. The weil-known brands of Sucnard’s *’Velma,,” “Milka’’ and “Milka Nut are undoubtedly the last word in milk chocolates. To those of our readers (and where is the lady who is not quick to discover good things in chocolates?) we highly recommend Suchard’s chocolate as a most nutritious and sustaining sweetmeat. Dainty in its wrappers, velvet to th© taste, it possesses a delicious flavour which lingers long after the last is eaten and unlike other chocolates it is free from stickiness, which often makes it difficult to handle at concerts, etc. Besides the well-known chocolates, Suchard’s cocoas are commanding great attention, and the warm, energising properties of buchard's cocoa are too well known to need repetition. The manager of a leading grocery establishment in this city informed our representative that the sale of Suchard’s cocoa was rapidly increasing owing to the sustaining properties contained, and the enormous turnover in the confectionery department of “Velma," “Milka” and “Milka Nut” and fancy chocolates was a tribute to the fact that a highly discerning public are not slow to appreciate “the best” when it is put on the market.
