QUEEN’S THEATRE.

The queue has been very much in evidence at Queen’s Theatre all the ' week, the star attraction being that i sensational drama “Zigomar.” Brimful of exciting incidents, the story <

was graphically told, and the exploits of the notorious bandit chief and the famous detective (Paul Broquet) were followed picture by picture with absorbing interest. It was indeed a remarkable drama remarkably played. The Will-o’-the-Wisp dance and the ball-room scene were admirably portrayed. Another fine dramatic story was revealed in “The Teacher and the Waif,” appealing by its simplicity and naturalness to the crowded audiences. Pleasing variety was lent to the programme by some capital views of the “Solenhofer Quarries,” the detail being particularly good, while nothing could have been more productive of merriment than “Bill’s Picnic” and “Smiler meets a Tartar.”
