Holiday Excursion Tickets will be issued from all stations in the Auckland District to Auckland on November 22nd, 23rd and 24th and by trains arriving in Auckland not later than 1.10 p.m. on 25th November, available for return up to and including 2nd December. Excursion Tickets issued to Auckland from Taumarunui and stations North of Taumarunui will not be available by and will not be accepted on the 9.15 p.m. Auckland to Wellington Express or on the 12.15 p.m. Wellington to Auckland Express. SATURDAY, 25th NOVEMBER. The usual 6.45 a.m. train Mercer to Auckland will start from Drury at 7.57 a.m. A train will leave Mercer for Auckland at 7.0 a.m. A train will leave Hamilton for Auckland at 7.5 a.m. The usual 4.15 p.m. Auckland to Frankton train will NOT run, and in lieu thereof a special train for Cambridge and intermediate stations will leave Auckland at 6.0 p.m. A train will leave Auckland for Frankton at 5.30 p.m. The usual 5.41 p.m. train Auckland to Mercer will NOT run. The 7.30 a.m. train Helensville to Auckland will NOT stop at Waikumete, New Lynn, Avondale, Mt. Albert or Morningside. A train will leave Henderson for Auckland at 9.21 a.m. The usual 3.45 p.m. Henderson train will NOT leave Auckland till 4.42 p.m. The usual 4.42 p.m. Kaipara train will not leave Auckland till 5.0 p.m., Newmarket 5.30 p.m. This train will run through to Te Hana and will NOT stop at stations Kingsland to Waikumete, inclusive. All entries to be sealed, and addressed to the Secretary, Taranaki Jockey Club, New Plymouth, entrance money enclosed, with the name of the horse, age at time of entry, pedigree, name of owner, colours of the rider, and name of trainer. Every gentleman rider or jockey must produce his license to the Clerk of the Scales. (All races to be run under the New Zealand Rules of Racing.
