Penalties.—Flat Races—The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101 b, and every additional race a further penalty of' 61b. Horses handicapped- at 8.10 i or over, to carry only half of. the above penalty. (Applies to the Whangarei meeting only.) . The winner of any race of £4O or upward after- declaration of weights may be re-handicapped. NOTE.—Races First. Day; Nos. 1,4, 6. and Second Day, .‘Nfos. 1,4, 7 are open only to horses that have been owned and trained continuously in any County north of the Waitemata County three months prior ,to date of. entry.
