EARLY TO RISE.
“Doctor,” said a lean and languid patient, “I can’t get up early in the morning.” “Oh, yes, you can,” replied the doctor, “if you will follow my advice. What is your usual hour of rising?” “Nine o’clock,” the patient answered. “Well, get up half an hour later every day, and in about a month you will find yourself rising at 4 o’clock in the morning.”
