THE A.R.C. AUTUMN MEETING.
The time for holding the big autumn meeting of the Auckland Racing Club is rapidly getting nearer, held, as it is, during the Easter week. The programme, always an interesting one to peruse, will be found in another page of this issue. From this it will be noted that while general entries are not due until the 27th inst., yet those for certain of the big events, viz., the Brighton Hurdles, Easter Handicap, St. George’s Handicap, Autumn Steeplechase and Autumn Handicap, close with Mr. Hartland on Friday, March 13, by 9 p.m.
