J.C.W. RETURNS.
Mr J. C. Williamson is returning to Aus tralia on board the new Orient steamer Asturias, which is due to reach Fremantle this week. His visit to old world ■ ’■n tres and to the United States has ttfn particularly productive of interesting engagements promising a most attractive theatrical time in Australasia for a year or two to come. The first of the “ new things ” he has acquired for this country is of course “ Peter Pan,” the final arrangements for the production of which in Melbourne at Easter time, he only concluded a few months ago. Among oth.jr people engaged for it is Mr Carlton, already well on his way out from America to act as stage manager. He comes .viih the strongest recommendations from Mr J. M. Barrie and Mr Charles Frohmann both standing sponsors for his ability 10 Mr Williamson.
