DISPUTED COMMISSION.

Before Dr. A. McArthur, S.M., in Wellington last week, Macdonald, Wilson and Co. (Mr. Bolton) and Ross and Greenfield (Mr. Gray) each sued George D. McKenzie (Mr. Myers) for £5O, commission on the sale of the Railway Hotel, Waitotara, the two cases being heard together.

The hotel was not sold for some time , and then defendant put the hotel into Ross and Greenfield’s hands for sale.
