WAITEMATA LICENSING DISTRICT. ELECTION OF LICENSING COMMITTEE. NOTICE OF POLLING DAY. I, JOHN CROOM WEBSTER, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Waitemata, do hereby give notice that in. pursuance of the provisions of “The Licensing Act, 1881,” and amendments thereof, and “The Alcoholic Liquors Sale Control Act, 1893,” “The Alcoholic Sale Control Act Amendment Act, 1895,” and “The Licensing Acts Amendment Act, 1904,” an Election will be held for. the. return of Five (5) qualified persons to serve as members of the Licensing Committee for the ordinary Licensing District of Waitemata, and that the latest day for receiving Nominations of Candidates will be the sth day of March, 1906, at 5 p.m., and that the Poll, if necessary, will be taken under the provisions of the said Acts and “The Electors Act, 1905,” at the several Polling Places of the said Disti ict on the 13th day of March, 1906.
