SOUTHERN TOUR OF THE AUCKLAND TEAM.
At a meeting of the Management Committee of the Auckland Rugby Union the dates were arranged for the Southern tour of the Auckland representative team, as under: —Leave Auckland, via East 'doa& Saturday, August 29, Play Hawke’s Ray,. Monday, Si; Wellington, Saturday, September 5 ; Southland, Wednesday September 9; Otago, Saturday, September 12 ; South Canterbury, Wednesday, September 16 ; Canterbury, Saturday, September 19; Taranaki, Thursday, September 24. These dates are subject to the acceptance of the Southern unions interested. The inter-union match, Auckland v. Thames, will be played on August 15.
