REMINDERS TO OWNERS.

Nominations for the various events to be decided at the Takapuna Jockey Club’s Summer Meeting are dne to close with Mr R, Wynyard, the secretary, to-morrow, Friday, January 9, at 9 p.m. The weights for the first day’s racing are due an Wednesday next, January 14, and acceptances on Friday, January 26.

Nominations for the Wanganui Cup and also general entries for the A utumn Meeting of the Wanganui Jockey Club will close with Mr F. Moffatt, the secretary, on February 2, at 9 pm. : . • j : ■■ , ,

Nominations far the following events to be decided at the annual meeting of the Poverty Bay Turf Club close with Mr J M Cumming the seoretaay, on Saturday, January 17, at 9,30 p m. County Handicap, Turanga Stakes, First Hurdles, Flying Handicap, Stewards’ Handicap, Second Hurdles, Grandstand Stakes, and Puplicans’ Purse.

For the Auckland Racing Oiub’s Autumn Meeting, the second forfeit for the Champagne Stakes fall due on February 6, while nominations for the Easter Handicap, First Hurdles, Autumn Handicap, and St. George’s Handicap close with Mr Percival on February 20.

Nominations for all events to be run for at the annual meeting of the Papakura Racing Club close with Mr E. S. Cole, the hon secretary, on Friday, January 23, at 9 p.m., at the Metropolitan Hotel, Auckland, or at the Pakakura Hotel, the handicaps appearing on February 7.

Handicaps for the first day’s racing at the Wellington Racing Oiub’s Summer Meeting are due on Monday, January 12, on which date also the first acceptance for the Wellington Cup must be handed in to the secretary, Mr J, F. Clark.

Nominations for the Gisborne Racing Club’s Summer Meeting are due with Mr M. G. Nasmith, the secretary, on Monday next, January 12. Weights for the Flying, Park, Summer, and First Hurdles Races will be declared on Tuesday, January 27.
