No Entry will be received for any Race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes ard objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. All Nominations, Entries, and Acceptances, etc., to be accompanied by the necessary amounts payable, and left at the office of the Secretary, Gisborne, on the specified dates. Races to be run under the Rules of Racing. In the event of Telegraphic communication being interrupted, the Club reserves the right of extending the time for receiving Nominations or Acceptances.
